Four business units at the forefront of a town’s two key industries, refreshed and now united as one distinct group.
Fred has delivered for Grimsby Fish Dock Enterprises as it enters a new era as Grimsby Fish Dock Group, under its new chief executive Andrew Oliver.
Invited in to provide a clear strategy and way forward, we found four disparate websites of various quality, disconnected from each other, with dated and defunct content.
Social media had been an experiment that had expired, but accounts were still out there, somewhere.
We like a challenge, and with several shareholder entities and individual companies, we wanted to understand exactly the desired outcomes.
Fred hosted a workshop involving many stakeholders to get under the skin of a business we were familiar with, but had never worked for, pulled the key themes together and got to work.
We’re delighted with what we’ve achieved with a proactive team passionate about service delivery.
The new platforms capture the essence of the umbrella organisation and the individual business units that are so closely aligned. With pride in the legacy and a can-do attitude and underlying sense of urgency fostered by keeping fish fresh, vessels at sea and turbines spinning, we look forward to continuing our support to help tell the story of these vital operations.
