Crystale wanted to reach a wider audience and also do so in a way that reflected their down to earth and slightly playful brand. To create impact and drive shares and engagement, Fred created a new character “Ms Crystale Clean” who was the bold brash drag queen who told customers how to get their dishes sparkling. She was fun and vibrant and loved a double entendre or three! Fred styled brought the character to life with art direction, script writing and styling for a series of high impact social ads and shareable videos.
