Fred was chosen to support Bridlington Spa as it reinvented itself for a modern and diverse audience. The brand positioning and roll out had to work as well for those attending an afternoon tea dance as it did for those attending a dance music festival, and as well for a couple planning their dream wedding as it would for those organising a major regional business conference. Fred interviewed staff and customers and the resulting brand was built around the concept that “It’s all in the Spa”. Stakeholders, partners and customers gave amazing feedback and this well-loved venue has now entered a new era of growth and audience engagement
We wanted to take a completely fresh approach to our brand and the way we communicated with stakeholders and customers. We issued a competitive brief to multiple agencies and Fred’s response was head and shoulders above the rest. Not only did they understand the brief we gave, but made the time to understand our business, objectives and how we work commercially within a Local Authority. They were business focused in their strategy, innovative in their approach and highly creative in their delivery and we’ve worked with them ever since!
